1. Domestic Shipping Coverage & Free Shipping

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States (excluding APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses). There are no hidden fees or extra surcharges for standard delivery within this service area.

2. Order Processing Time

Handling & Preparation: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays) following order confirmation. Orders placed before 5 PM will be processed on the same day, and orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following day (within working days).

Item Inspection: Our warehouse team performs a thorough check to ensure all handmade woven storage baskets and accessories are securely packaged and protected before dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey in real-time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update after you receive your confirmation email.
